Terms
These terms cover this website. The work itself is governed by the service agreement and BAA you sign before anything starts — if the two ever disagree, that agreement wins.
Last updated 14 October 2026.
Nothing here forms a contract. Scope and price are agreed in writing between us before any work begins.
We're marketers, not clinicians or lawyers. Nothing on this site is clinical, legal, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for meeting your own board's advertising rules — we help you do it, and we'll tell you when we think something crosses a line.
The revenue figure on the homepage multiplies numbers you type in. It's arithmetic, not a forecast, and it isn't a projection of what we'll deliver.
We keep this site accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it always will be. Pages change, the embedded calendar depends on Google, and figures here are illustrative unless we've written them into your agreement.
We link to Shifa Therapy, Counsel Clinic, and Google's own pages. What happens on those sites is governed by their terms, not ours.
The text, design, and code of this site belong to Fill The Lobby. The Shifa Therapy and Counsel Clinic marks belong to their respective owners and appear here because we operate those platforms.
The entity you contract with, and the law that governs it, are named in the service agreement you sign. Nothing on this page creates a contract on its own.
We update the date at the top. Terms that matter to work already underway don't change retroactively — your signed agreement governs that.
