## Intrepy Healthcare Marketing vs Fill The Lobby: price, terms and fit for a cash-pay practice

For a cash-pay or private-pay specialty practice, the differences are in what each one publishes. Fill The Lobby publishes a 30-day Proof Pilot for a flat $2,500, with ad accounts in the practice's name, measured on booked appointments. Intrepy Healthcare Marketing publishes starting prices for SEO and websites and prices the rest in a proposal, and we found no published contract terms.

For a cash-pay or private-pay specialty practice, the clearest differences between Intrepy Healthcare Marketing and Fill The Lobby are the ones you can read before a call. We publish a 30-day [Proof Pilot](https://fillthelobby.com/pilot) for one flat fee of $2,500, with the ad accounts in the practice's name and the work measured on booked appointments. Intrepy's site publishes starting prices for [SEO](https://intrepy.com/services/medical-seo-search-engine-optimization/) and [websites](https://intrepy.com/services/medical-website-design/) and prices the rest in a [proposal](https://intrepy.com/free-practice-assessment/). We found no published contract terms on its site (checked 16 October 2026).

We are Fill The Lobby, so read this with that in mind. Everything here about Intrepy comes from its own pages, linked where stated.

## What Intrepy Healthcare Marketing says it offers

- Who it serves. Its [home page](https://intrepy.com/) says it "works exclusively with private medical practices and healthcare organizations." Its [About page](https://intrepy.com/about/) names mid-size and larger specialty practices as its focus, and its [SEO page](https://intrepy.com/services/medical-seo-search-engine-optimization/) says it works with providers of all sizes, including solo specialists.
- Services. Its [services page](https://intrepy.com/services/) lists medical advertising, medical SEO, website design, marketing automation and [listings management](https://intrepy.com/services/business-listings-management/). PatientConvert is its name for all of them together.
- Reporting. Its [dashboard page](https://intrepy.com/services/marketing-growth-dashboard/) lists a reporting dashboard and call tracking.
- How you start. Its [assessment page](https://intrepy.com/free-practice-assessment/) describes a video call, then a proposal "if your goals and budget align," then a second call to review it. Monthly digital marketing budget is a required field on its form.

## Price and commitment: on the page, or in a proposal

Our [Proof Pilot](https://fillthelobby.com/pilot) is 30 days for one flat fee of $2,500: "One fee, no retainer behind it. Thirty days is the whole commitment you're making." Afterwards the practice either takes a long-term plan, priced by clinician count and given in writing before it decides, or walks away and keeps everything built.

Intrepy's [SEO page](https://intrepy.com/services/medical-seo-search-engine-optimization/) says SEO for solo physicians "starts at $750 per month," and that for larger multi-physician practices "average monthly retainers typically range from $3,000 to $5,000+." Its [website page](https://intrepy.com/services/medical-website-design/) says pricing "starts at $5,000 and goes up from there depending on the scope of the project." We found no published price for its other services or for PatientConvert, and no fixed-price trial (checked 16 October 2026). Ask for each price in writing.

We also found no published contract length, minimum term or notice period. Its [Acceptable Use Policy](https://intrepy.com/aup/) refers to a customer "service agreement" we didn't find published on the site, and its [Terms and Conditions](https://intrepy.com/terms-conditions/) cover use of the website. Ask to read the service agreement before you sign.

Ad spend sits on top of our fee. It goes from your own accounts straight to Google and Meta, and during the pilot we never touch it or mark it up. Intrepy's [Google Ads page](https://intrepy.com/services/google-ads-for-doctors/) suggests planning "at minimum, 2-5 thousand per campaign, treatment or procedure focus, or location" each month. That is ad spend, not its fee. The ad pages we checked don't say how spend is billed or whether it is marked up (checked 16 October 2026), so ask.

The upshot: you can see our whole fee for the first 30 days before you talk to anyone. Beyond its SEO and website starting prices, Intrepy's number arrives in a proposal.

## Who owns the accounts, the site and the history

With us, ad accounts, data, pages and history are set up in the practice's name from day one, so nothing is held back if the practice leaves. A practice that walks away after the pilot keeps everything built.

The Intrepy pages we checked don't say who owns the ad accounts, website, domain, content, call-tracking numbers or analytics data (checked 16 October 2026). Its [website page](https://intrepy.com/services/medical-website-design/) offers to host a client's site "as part of our marketing partnership." Its published [BAA template](https://intrepy.com/baa/) says that when the arrangement ends it returns all PHI, or destroys it on request. That clause is about patient information; it doesn't mention ad accounts or the site.

## After the click: calls, follow-up and reactivation

We run [eight services as one system](https://fillthelobby.com/patient-acquisition-agency). Ads bring the patients; the other seven stop them leaking on the way to the calendar: a missed call, a thin Google profile, an inquiry nobody followed up. [Missed-call recovery](https://fillthelobby.com/services/missed-call-recovery), [follow-up](https://fillthelobby.com/services/patient-follow-up), [reactivation](https://fillthelobby.com/services/patient-reactivation) and [reviews](https://fillthelobby.com/services/patient-reviews) are all in scope.

Intrepy's [automation page](https://intrepy.com/services/crm-marketing-automation/) describes an email sequence for leads who didn't book. We found no service for answering calls or recovering missed calls, and no named reactivation service (checked 16 October 2026).

For a cash-pay practice, an unanswered call is a click already paid for. Ask who picks up when the ads make the phone ring.

## Specialty focus

We have a page for each specialty we serve: [private-pay therapy](https://fillthelobby.com/therapy-practice-marketing), [psychiatry](https://fillthelobby.com/psychiatry-practice-marketing), [ketamine and Spravato](https://fillthelobby.com/ketamine-spravato-marketing), [IOP and PHP](https://fillthelobby.com/iop-php-marketing), [concierge and DPC](https://fillthelobby.com/concierge-dpc-marketing), [functional medicine](https://fillthelobby.com/functional-medicine-marketing), [weight loss and GLP-1](https://fillthelobby.com/glp1-weight-loss-marketing) and [gastroenterology](https://fillthelobby.com/gastroenterology-marketing). Every tactic we sell runs first on Shifa Therapy and Counsel Clinic, the two platforms our founders own and run, with their own money.

Intrepy's [Who We Help page](https://intrepy.com/marketing-doctors/) lists orthopedic, medical spa, dermatology, ENT, fertility, ophthalmology, urology, plastic surgery and private equity pages. We found no page or article for any of our eight specialties in its page and blog sitemaps (checked 16 October 2026).

## Compliance: what each one puts in writing

Intrepy publishes a [BAA template](https://intrepy.com/baa/) in which Intrepy LLC acknowledges it is a business associate, and its [services page](https://intrepy.com/services/) says each of its services, software and programs complies with HIPAA.

Our [compliance page](https://fillthelobby.com/compliance) sets out rules for every client: a BAA signed before any patient data moves; no PHI in ad platforms; patient lists never uploaded for targeting; ads reviewed against APA, ACA, NASW and state board advertising rules; and no patient testimonials or outcome claims.

We found no stated policy on Intrepy's pages about PHI in ad platforms, patient-list uploads, board advertising rules, or when its BAA is signed (checked 16 October 2026). That doesn't mean it has none, so ask. We're a marketing company, not a clinician and not your compliance officer.

## Questions to ask Intrepy Healthcare Marketing before you sign

1. Price. What is the monthly fee for each service, including ads management? Can I have it in writing?
2. Term. Can I read the service agreement first? What are the minimum term and notice period, and what happens if I leave early?
3. Ad spend. Is it billed from my card straight to Google and Meta, or through you? Is any of it marked up?
4. Ownership. Whose name are the ad accounts, analytics, domain and website in? If you host the site, how is it handed over? Do the tracking numbers come with me?
5. Reporting. Will reports show booked appointments by source and the cost of each?
6. Calls and follow-up. Who answers the calls the ads produce? What happens to a missed call, and to an inquiry that doesn't book?
7. Data. Is the BAA signed before any patient data moves? Is any patient information or patient list ever uploaded to ad platforms? Are my ads checked against my board's advertising rules?

Ask us the same questions. Our answers are on the [pilot](https://fillthelobby.com/pilot) and [compliance](https://fillthelobby.com/compliance) pages.

## When Fill The Lobby isn't the right fit

We're built for cash-pay and private-pay practices. We're the wrong choice for hospitals and health systems; pharma, device and life-sciences brands; and practices that mostly bill insurance and want volume.

Try the 30-day [Proof Pilot](https://fillthelobby.com/pilot): $2,500 flat, with the accounts in your name. Or start with a [free audit](https://fillthelobby.com/free-audit), or [book a 30-minute call](https://fillthelobby.com/book).

## Intrepy vs Fill The Lobby: quick answers.

**Q: What happens in the first month with Intrepy or Fill The Lobby?**

Intrepy's SEO page says the first month of SEO is spent building a strategy, and its healthcare PPC page says new clients start with an audit and optimization of their existing campaigns. Fill The Lobby's pilot runs week by week: an audit in week one, a roadmap shown before anything is built in week two, the build in week three (website cleaned up or rebuilt, booking flow, ads live), and in week four a report of what was booked, where each booking came from and what each cost.

**Q: Does Intrepy Healthcare Marketing work with therapists or mental health practices?**

We found no page or article on therapy or mental health in its page and blog sitemaps (checked 16 October 2026). The specialty options on its assessment form are orthopedic, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, dermatology, medical spa, urology, plastic surgery, solo provider, private equity and other. Fill The Lobby has pages for private-pay therapy, psychiatry, ketamine and Spravato, and IOP and PHP.

**Q: How do I switch from Intrepy to Fill The Lobby?**

Read your service agreement for any term and notice period first. Before you give notice, get admin access to your ad accounts, analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, domain and hosting, and export your past reports. If Intrepy hosts your site, ask how the files are handed over, and whether call-tracking numbers can move to you.
