## Healthcare Success vs Fill The Lobby: price, terms and fit for a cash-pay practice

For a single cash-pay or private-pay specialty practice, Fill The Lobby is the closer fit on published terms: a flat $2,500, 30-day pilot, accounts in the practice's name, and calls and follow-up in scope. Healthcare Success says it currently focuses on larger, multi-location organizations, and we found no published price for its ongoing work (checked 16 October 2026).

If you run one cash-pay or private-pay specialty practice, Fill The Lobby is built for you. Healthcare Success's [referral page for smaller practices](https://healthcaresuccess.com/patientfetch) says it "currently focuses on larger, multi-location organizations" and refers solo doctors and small groups to a partner agency. We publish our price, our term and who owns what. We found no published price for Healthcare Success's ongoing work (checked 16 October 2026).

We're Fill The Lobby, so read this with that in mind. Everything here about Healthcare Success comes from its own pages, linked and listed under Sources. Ask it to confirm anything in writing.

## What Healthcare Success says it offers

Its [mental health page](https://healthcaresuccess.com/mental-health) lists brand strategy, messaging, website strategy, SEO, paid search and paid social.

## Who each one is built for

Healthcare Success's [fit FAQ](https://healthcaresuccess.com/faqs/how-to-choose-an-agency/how-do-we-know-if-were-the-right-fit-for-healthcare-success) describes a fitting client as "a hospital, health system, medical group, or PE-backed platform". Its [cost FAQ](https://healthcaresuccess.com/faqs/how-to-choose-an-agency/how-much-does-healthcare-success-cost-and-what-do-clients-typically-invest) says: "Healthcare Success is not positioned as a low-cost vendor for single-location practices." Its [psychology page](https://healthcaresuccess.com/practices/psychology-marketing) is addressed to leaders "managing dozens to hundreds of clinicians across multiple markets or states."

So for a single-location practice, settle one question first: will the agency you're talking to do the work, or refer you on?

Fill The Lobby is built for cash-pay and private-pay specialty practices, and our long-term plans are priced per practice, by clinician count. We have pages for [ketamine and Spravato](https://fillthelobby.com/ketamine-spravato-marketing) and [IOP and PHP](https://fillthelobby.com/iop-php-marketing).

Every tactic we sell runs first on Shifa Therapy and Counsel Clinic, the two platforms our founders own and run, with their own money.

## A published price and a 30-day commitment

Our [Proof Pilot](https://fillthelobby.com/pilot) is one flat fee of $2,500 for 30 days. "One fee, no retainer behind it. Thirty days is the whole commitment." Ad spend sits on top.

Week 1 is an audit. Week 2 is a roadmap you see before anything is built. Week 3 is the build: website, booking flow, ads live. Week 4 shows what was booked, where each booking came from and what each cost. Then you decide: a long-term plan, with the number in writing first, or walk away and keep everything we built.

We found no published price for Healthcare Success's ongoing work (checked 16 October 2026). Its [cost FAQ](https://healthcaresuccess.com/faqs/how-to-choose-an-agency/how-much-does-healthcare-success-cost-and-what-do-clients-typically-invest) says "most organizations that work with Healthcare Success invest at least $10,000 a month with us," and that "sometimes the right answer is a phased approach," without published terms for one. Its [fees FAQ](https://healthcaresuccess.com/faqs/how-to-choose-an-agency/how-do-your-fees-and-contracts-work) says "we do use minimum commitment periods for certain programs." We found no stated length, notice period or cancellation process, and no pilot or trial for ongoing marketing in its [risk FAQ](https://healthcaresuccess.com/faqs/how-to-choose-an-agency/how-do-you-help-reduce-risk-when-choosing-and-working-with-an-agency) (checked 16 October 2026).

Side by side: our whole commitment is $2,500 and 30 days, plus ad spend in your accounts.

## Who answers the phone, and who follows up

An ad buys a click. Whether it becomes a booked appointment is decided afterward: a call answered or missed, an inquiry followed up or left, a past patient invited back.

Healthcare Success's [services page](https://healthcaresuccess.com/marketing-services) describes call tracking, recording and sampling so clients can see "how your staff handles those inquiries and sets appointments." Its [paid search page](https://healthcaresuccess.com/marketing-services/paid-search-ppc) uses call data to show where call handling may be hurting conversion. We found no call answering, missed-call recovery, patient follow-up or reactivation in its services list (checked 16 October 2026).

A recording shows how a call went. Someone still has to answer the next one, and call back the ones that were missed. At Fill The Lobby, that work is ours: [calls answered and missed-call recovery](https://fillthelobby.com/services/missed-call-recovery), [patient follow-up](https://fillthelobby.com/services/patient-follow-up), [reactivation](https://fillthelobby.com/services/patient-reactivation) and [reviews](https://fillthelobby.com/services/patient-reviews), run alongside [paid ads](https://fillthelobby.com/services/paid-ads). Ads bring the patients; the [other seven services](https://fillthelobby.com/patient-acquisition-agency) stop them leaking on the way to the calendar.

## Ownership, ad spend and patient data, in writing

From day one, your ad accounts, data, pages and history are set up in your practice's name. During the pilot, your ad spend goes from your accounts to Google and Meta, and we never touch it or mark it up.

Our [compliance page](https://fillthelobby.com/compliance) sets the rules: a BAA is signed before any patient data moves, for every client. No PHI goes into ad platforms, and patient lists are never uploaded for targeting. Ads are reviewed against APA, ACA, NASW and state board advertising rules, with no patient testimonials and no outcome claims.

On the Healthcare Success pages we checked, we found no statement of who owns the ad accounts, website, domain or data it sets up, or of how media spend is billed (checked 16 October 2026). Its [article on switching agencies](https://healthcaresuccess.com/faqs/how-to-choose-an-agency/how-do-i-transition-from-one-healthcare-marketing-agency-to-another) advises buyers that accounts should "ideally" be owned by the client organization.

In its [HIPAA FAQ](https://healthcaresuccess.com/faqs/how-to-choose-an-agency/hipaa-compliance-healthcare-marketing-agency) we found no mention of a business associate agreement, or of keeping PHI out of ad platforms (checked 16 October 2026). Its site does discuss HIPAA, including for call recording.

## One headline measure: booked appointments

We're measured on booked appointments: what was booked, where each booking came from and what each cost. Measured on bookings doesn't mean paid per booking: the pilot is a flat fee.

Healthcare Success's [data FAQ](https://healthcaresuccess.com/faqs/how-to-choose-an-agency/how-does-healthcare-success-interpret-present-and-use-data-for-clients) says "the individual metrics vary by client," and gives tying digital performance to appointment volume or call quality as one example. Its [reporting page](https://healthcaresuccess.com/marketing-services/reporting-analytics) lists dashboard KPIs including ad spend, cost per click, cost per acquisition, keyword performance and web traffic, and says reporting is typically monthly.

So ask whether your monthly report will lead with those KPIs or with booked appointments.

## Questions to ask Healthcare Success before you sign

- Price. What will we pay each month, in writing, and does it include ad spend?
- Term. Which programs carry a minimum commitment, how long is it, and what notice ends it? If you suggest a phased start, what does the first phase cost and bind us to?
- Fit. Will you work with our single-location practice directly, or refer us to a partner?
- Ownership. Whose name are the ad and analytics accounts, website, domain and tracking numbers in, and what do we keep if we leave?
- Ad spend. Is media billed from our accounts or yours, and is any fee or percentage added?
- Reporting. Will the monthly report count booked appointments, where each came from and what each cost?
- Calls and follow-up. Who answers our calls and follows up inquiries that don't book: you or our staff?
- BAA. Will you sign a business associate agreement before any patient data moves, and what patient data, if any, goes into ad platforms?

Put the same questions to us. Our answers are on our [pilot](https://fillthelobby.com/pilot) and [compliance](https://fillthelobby.com/compliance) pages.

## When Fill The Lobby isn't the right fit

We're not built for hospital systems, health plans or pharma brands, or for practices that fill their calendars mainly through insurance volume.

Otherwise, start with a [free audit](https://fillthelobby.com/free-audit) of how you get patients, or [book a 30-minute call](https://fillthelobby.com/book).

## Healthcare Success vs Fill The Lobby: quick answers.

**Q: Is $10,000 a month Healthcare Success's minimum fee?**

Its cost FAQ doesn't call it a minimum. It says "most organizations that work with Healthcare Success invest at least $10,000 a month with us." Another line on the same page says most clients "invest at least $10,000 per month in marketing," without saying whether that includes ad spend (checked 16 October 2026). Ask for a written quote that shows the agency fee and media separately.

**Q: Is either agency my practice's compliance officer?**

No. Healthcare Success's HIPAA FAQ says "your marketing agency cannot be your de facto legal counsel." Fill The Lobby is a marketing company, not a clinician and not your compliance officer. Keep your own counsel for HIPAA and board advertising questions.

**Q: What should I bring to a first call with any healthcare marketing agency?**

Your booked appointments for the last three months and where each came from, your monthly ad spend and whose name the ad accounts are in, how calls are answered after hours, and your current agency contract with its term and notice period. With those, you can compare quotes on the same footing.
